"Dante" and a note from his owner

Hi Tina, I wanted to update you on Dante. First of all, Dante is an absolute joy. He is adorable, lazy (likes to sit in corners so he's propped up by the two intersecting walls), and EXTREMELY personable. He hasn't met a human he doesn't like. He's been helping me work our K-9 Crime Fighters' booth at Petco every month and all attention moves from info on the police department K-9's to him and it turns into The Schipperke Show. The table has become his stage and when he realizes we are in the Petco parking lot, he starts dragging me into the store. He waits for me to put him on the table and, other than knocking the displays off the table, has no desire whatsoever to leave his stage. I can't thank you enough for breeding such a great little guy. Dante's still is a lazy puppy, but as a goodwill ambassador, he cannot be beat. He's a screaming, little brat when he doesn't get his way, but when he's out mingling with the public, he's Mr. Congeniality. He's now the K-9 Crime Fighters' official mascot.

"Spencor"

A quick note from Becky - Spencor's owner

Tina - Well, I finally got a few pix of Spencor. Anyway, we were working on "sit" and he was lined up with the 2 labs and my female Schip. As we would go down the line with our treats....he would sit and then raise one little paw (how they do) like a little kid raising their hand..."me me me." I was laughing...but of course when I got the camera, ya think he could have done it once??? That's how it goes. He sits...with paw waving in air..hehe, and "downs" pretty good too. He gets along great with all the rest of the dogs. Our biggest problem is keeping their water dishes full and the floor mopped up. He paws the water onto himself and of course all over the floor/deck. And I happened to catch both he and Kaylie "snorkling" in their water bowls. A few pieces of kibble got in there.... don't know how....and they had their noses under water and blowing bubbles....I didn't even attempt to get that on film. He's a character and totally different than Kaylie in so many ways. He/they constantly make me laugh. My female absolutely loves him and is sooo happy to finally have a friend "her" size. Thanks you so much for the shipping refund. I have bragged about how great you are...thought you'd like to know that....hehe. And I felt so fortunate to have met you. Not too many honest breeders out there like you. I guess all the waiting and searching was very well worth it. We will continue to keep you updated with "Spence" and if I ever get a cute picture, I'll be sure to pass it your way. Becky and the gang

A Note From Carol: "Hi Tina~ Well our baby finally has a name: Since she's got so much attitude, she is Flash o'Sass vom Anlaufstelle (Call name Sassy). Her antics and sassy attitude with the other dogs have made everyone who's met her fall immediately in love. She's got Maxi acting downright maternal! Poor thing just fell in the pool a little while ago. The little daredevil decided she could walk along the edge. Pulled her out immediately and toweled her off, got out the hairdryer and turned on the heat. I got soaked too so after she was all taken care of I went to change clothes and she had to attack & shake all my wet clothing, as each piece came off, then snuck into the bathroom, grabbed the end of the toilet paper and took off through the house! Dennis and I are just delighted with her personality."
